Kim Ramcke

Kim Ramcke is a licensed Real Estate agent with Brooke Team for eXp Realty. Kim was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and after moving to Connecticut with her parents, called Old Saybrook home. Her love for the beach and the Shoreline Towns that Connecticut has to offer, and passion for owning her very own beach home led her into a career in Real Estate. She holds a Real Estate license in both Connecticut and Massachusetts, so if you are looking for that perfect beach house or summer vacation property, Kim is the one for you. She has been efficient at placing tenants in rentals, helping first time home buyers find a house to grow their family, as well as helping those needing a change or relocation to sell their homes. When she is not doing Real Estate, she enjoys spending time with her 5 kids and house full of dogs. You can even find her on the softball field as the Captain of the Old Saybrook co-ed softball team, or in the courts on a friends Volleyball team.
