MEET WITH YOUR TEAM AGENT

Nobody knows your home better than you.  Your Agent will set up an immersive seller consultation; during this process you will better understand your home value, how long it will take for your home sell, how to best prep/stage your home and what your net proceeds will be.

LISTING COORDINATOR CONNECTION

Our in house Listing Coordinator is here to support you and your Agent through the listing process.  By scheudling home prep appointments, a professional photography session, and drafting marketing material for you and your Agent to review, the Listing Coordinator is there to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.

COMPLIMENTARY HOME PREP APPOINTMENT

Alex our Listing Coordinator will be connecting you with our in-house Interior Designer/Home Stager to schedule your complimentary Home Staging / Home Prep appointment. This complementary Home Staging / Home Prep appointment primarily consists of a tour of the home with our Interior Designer/Home Stager, and a post stage follow up report. The report will contain detailed instructions on tasks that can be completed in the home to appeal to a wider range of buyers.

QUOTES AND CONTRACTOR WORK

We will provide you with a list of our trusted contractors after your home staging appointment for you to set appointments with, if needed.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Our Listing Coordinator will be in touch with a few dates and times that the photographer can come and photograph your beautiful home.

*Please note that the Listing Coordinator and Photographer need a minimum of 4 days to present photo results for your approval*

APPROVE YOUR LISTING PREVIEW

Once we receive the professional photos of your property (typically within four days) our Listing Coordinator will present to you the Marketing Packet and Listing Preview of your home for your approval before going LIVE to the MLS.

YOUR HOME GOES LIVE ON THE MARKET

Buyers will then begin to tour your property based upon your availability and approval. Additionally, we will host an Open House at your home once a month on a Sunday.

A Custom Marketing Binder will be placed at the home for buyers to look through

This will include all the wonderful Features and Amenities your home provides.

Advertising and Hosting an Open House

The Open Houses are two hours long, and sellers are not present for them. This gives the buyers an intimate and more comfortable touring experience.

Buyers will see our online advertising via multiple portals and will begin requesting tours

All requests for tours will go directly to you via telephone, and email for your approval, denial or suggested time change.

Real time feedback on your home

Regular communication is highly important.  After each showing, your Agent will provide you with valuable feedback from recent buyer tours.

 

Weekly exposure reports delivered to you by your Agent

Weekly reports include area sales, market trends and competing listings in your neighborhood.
