    We’ll connect you with a mortgage professional to review budget and loan options. Receive a pre-approval to become a ready buyer.

  • Tour Homes

    Receive a custom portal of home options within your pre-approved budget. Tour the homes you love. Review market research.

  • Select Dream Home

    Once you’ve selected your dream home, your agent will create a comparative analysis for you to determine offer strategies.

  • Offer/Negotiate

    Your agent will offer and negotiate on your behalf while keeping you informed on their process and progress. Submit your first deposit to escrow.

  • Connect With an Attorney

    After your offer has been accepted, your agent may connect you with a trusted attorney to review all documents and assist in supporting you until closing.

  • Home Inspection

    10-14 days from offer acceptance, you can schedule the home inspection. Here's the average inspection costs: $700, Well: $450, Septic: $325.


    Results are typically available within 24 hours. If your purchase contract includes a second deposit, it is typically around this time that it is due. 


    Note: it must be a certified bank check.

  • Appraisal

    Your mortgage professional will order an appraisal ensuring that you do not overpay for the home. The average cost of an appraisal is $525.

  • Mortgage Commitment & Homeowners Insurance

    30 to 45 days from offer acceptance. Connect with an insurance professional to insure your new home. At this time, the mortgage commitment will be delivered.

  • Final Walkthrough & Closing

    We will tour the home one final time prior to closing at your attorneys office. At the closing you’ll receive the keys to your new home and CELEBRATE!
